This one was just in my Google Reader RSS Feed this morning. You may already know the great videos that are offered from TED Conferences. You can find them also on youTube. Their programme is highly recommendable to everybody. It's a series of conference speeches from famous people coming from business, technology or other domains of knowledge like Seth Godin or Malcolm Gladwell. The only problem that you may have here is to find the right videos that you are interested in.
Today there was an article from readwriteweb.com in my RSS Feed about 10 inspiring TED Talks for Startups. ReadWriteWeb is a technology blog and I can recommend it to everybody (not just the geeks) who is interested in news about the internet and social web tools. I have watched all 10 recommended videos from the article and I can recommend all of them if you want to start your own business. Each one is under 20 minutes in length, so that it should not be a problem to squeeze one per day even in a busy work day.

If English is not your native language, you can click on the "View subtitles" link at the bottom of the video. You can then choose to get the transcription in English, which will help most people to understand it better if English is their second language. There are also translations into several languages available, so check out if your language is on the list.

Very impressive is No. 2 from Adora Svitak who is 12 year old at the time of her speech and she talks about what adults can learn from kids.
