Kitchen Fire

My last activity for week 2 on the "Teaching Languages in a Virtual World" was a visit to the burning kitchen on sunday. It's a simulation built by people from Switzerland, where you can learn how to deal with a fire in your kitchen.

I have been to this simulation place before, but I never thought of it as a resource for language learning. I think it's a good idea to do this simulation in small groups and observe the communication skills in a foreign language under stress.
